// The legal agreement governing use of our services.

This is a legally binding Service Agreement ("Agreement") representing our Terms of Service ("TOS") in its entirety and supersedes any other oral or written agreement. These policies define the terms of service for a customer when they are using any services of "PrivateRDP" / "privaterdp.com" (Hostregular Networking Services Pvt. Ltd.). Any person using our services is bound by these terms of service.

Definitions

"We", "Us", "PrivateRDP", "privaterdp.com", "Our" and/or "Hostregular Networking Services Pvt. Ltd." is the hosting service provider. "You", "Your", "Client", "Customer" and/or "Member" is the person or person's representative who purchases hosting service(s) from privaterdp.com.

Acceptable Usage Policy

  • Customers may not run any type of VPN on shared RDP plans. VPNs are allowed on private RDP and dedicated servers.
  • Customers who store and/or upload child pornography will have their servers suspended immediately without warnings. All personal details will be handed over to federal authorities.
  • Customers may not run websites which spread hatred, threaten people, or indulge in illegal activities.
  • Customers may not run websites which spread anti-national sentiments or degrade races, genders, etc.
  • Content uploaded, stored, emailed or transmitted must not violate local and international copyright laws.
  • Customers may not use streaming services on RDP plans. Only dedicated streaming servers are allowed.
  • Customers may not run or administer IRC bots or clients.
  • Customers may not use our servers to offer or run any web proxy services which hide the origin of network traffic.
  • Customers may not run unauthorized scripts or software which harm the equipment or affect other customers.
  • Customers may not send DDoS or Denial of Service attacks using our servers. This will lead to immediate termination.
  • Customers may not send/store malicious scripts or cookies.
  • Customers may not impersonate any person or entity.

Spam Policy

Customers may not use our services for spamming activities or sending unsolicited emails/requests. If found doing so, we have the right to terminate the customer account without prior notification and no refund will be issued.

Content Storage and Account Security

At all times, the customer bears full responsibility for contents stored on our servers. Any loss of content due to any reason is the customer's responsibility. We strongly urge customers to take regular backups. The security of your account rests upon you — keep your password unique and do not share it with anyone.

Payment & Verification

PrivateRDP.com accepts payment by PayPal, Perfect Money, Bitcoin, Credit Card, UPI, and Bank Transfer. All payments are due in full on the billing cycle date. Failure to remit payment for two consecutive days following the billing cycle date shall result in suspension. Failure to remit within three consecutive days shall result in termination of all customer data.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You must first contact PrivateRDP.com to attempt to resolve any billing disputes before contacting your Bank, PayPal or Credit Card Company. RDP(s)/Server(s) will be temporarily suspended during any payment disputes or chargebacks until the issue is resolved. By using our services you agree to contact PrivateRDP.com before contacting your financial institution.

Refund Policy

Shared RDP Services: Refunds are provided only if a cancellation request and refund ticket are opened within 24 hours of service activation. All payments become non-refundable after 24 hours. Only one refund is applicable per client. No refund is applicable for Bitcoin payments.

Private RDP Services: No refund is applicable on private RDP services in any case. Refund will be provided only in case of non-delivery of service. No refund for Bitcoin payments.

Dedicated Server/RDP Services: All dedicated server services are set up on a monthly pre-pay basis. Customers may cancel at any time, however they will not be entitled to a refund for the unused period. No refund for Bitcoin payments.

Amendments to Terms of Service

PrivateRDP.com may, without prior notice, amend this agreement from time to time by posting the new agreement on the website. Each amendment shall become effective immediately for all pre-existing and future accounts. If any modification is unacceptable to the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to terminate their subscription within 10 days of the modification.
