RDP or (Remote desktop protocol) plan is a normal user account provided in a remote windows server having good hardware configuration. Each RDP Server is shared among some users depending on plans. Each users are assigned different login details and a private HDD to work. It is safe and secure to work.

To connect use the Remote Desktop Connection Tool, Once opened enter the IP/Name provided in the email into the Host/Computer field and click connect, after that you will be asked for login credentials, enter them and you will be connected.

You can connect to RDP server from Microsoft Remote Desktop for Windows Phone, Microsoft Remote Desktop for iPhone and Remote Desktop Application for Android.

It depends on your purpose of use. If you want complete control of the Server and dedicated ip address, you should probably go with private rdp. If you want shared server with high configuration for downloading,uploading or encoding purpose,you should look for Shared RDP plans.

No, All Shared RDP Plans comes with Windows Server 2012 r2 x64 Standard installed, however if you want any other OS like windows server 2008r2 or 2016, then you should go with private rdp plans.

No, All RDP plans do not come with administrator access. If you want admin access, you must go with admin RDP plans or Private Rdp plans.

Webserver Software like xampp, wampp is not allowed in our Shared RDP Plans. You are not allowed to use hacking tools such as Bruteforcing tools, Port Scanning (nmap). All kinds of resource intensive software such as streaming , mining are also not allowed on shared rdp plans.

You will get a separate storage drive with your windows RDP Account which can only be accessed by you. The size of store drive will depend on the RDP Plan you ordered

Yes, Private RDP plans come with full administrator access. You can install any software you want except hacking, mass mailing tools.

Yes, you can do encoding / ripping / BitCoing Mining in private rdp plans.

Yes, you can reboot your private rdp whenever you want through reboot panel provided to you or directly through your rdp.

Yes, You can use VPN in this plan. However we suggest you to use browser based vpn as some strong VPN tends to change the network configuration of the rdp which makes RDP unreachable.

No, We don't provide any kind of refund on dedicated servers except in case of non-delivery of servers.

Yes, We provide server management panel which can be used for reboot, set rdns, check bandwidth uses etc.

We can provide you any windows server genuine evaluation copy at no extra cost which is valid for 180 days. If you want a licenced windows copy, then it will be chargable.

Yes, We provide additional IPv4 at a reasonable price which can be bought along with server.

We accept all major payment methods like PayPal, Bitcoins, WebMoney, Perfect Money. We also accept Bank Transfer or Paytm for indian customers.

Opening dispute without any reason or even opening dispute after using our services in order to get your money back will not help. Doing so will result in money not being refunded and RDP/Dedicated Server will also get terminated.
You agreed to follow our ToS during payment, hence Refunds will only be made based on our Terms of services Policy.
